Emergency payments of a £1,000 are being made available from the Department of Environment to people whose homes were damaged by flood water yesterday. Torrential downpours hit parts of Belfast and Finaghy causing long traffic delays and in some cases residents had to deal with sewage leaking into their homes. We hear from Environment Minister Mark H Durkan
