Will President Obama profit at the polls from the US economic recovery?

There are fewer than three weeks to go until the mid-term elections in the United States. Many commentators are expecting President Obama and his Democrats to take a bit of a pasting in the polls. There's talk they could lose control of the Senate, which is odd, considering the US economy is doing OK right now.

We ask Hudson Institute economist Dr Irwin Stelzer why despite that, the President and his party are still unpopular.
