What I've learned during my time on Audioboom part three

A continuation of the discussion of what I've learned both in social skills class and during my time on audio them. I end up with anger does not solve any issues, though I don't actually come out and say it that way. I am talking about how I react to angry people and confrontational people and how it does not work for me.
