Come Eat Together with Age UK County Durham
Did you know that around 80% of older people being admitted to hospital are suffering from malnutrition? Or that loneliness has been found to be as bad for your health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day?

The Come Eat Together project came first in a national vote to find the best Health Big Lottery funded project and their reward was another million pounds to extend their work to the rest of County Durham.
