A man from Burslem who has severe epilepsy has told BBC Radio Stoke he'll be homeless next month -- after his claim for the new 'PIP' benefit payment was rejected.
25-year-old Graham Duncan has been living on 460 pounds a month since the Disability Living Allowance was scrapped in July 2013.
After a year of rejected applications to claim the new Personal Independence Payment he's built up arrears with is landlord and is due to be evicted.
But the debt also means his low priority for council housing, so he says he has nowhere to live and no chance of finding work with his condition.
