"This hasn't happened overnight" - SF's Mickey Brady challenges Health Minister handling of budget crisis

The Health Minister and Northern Ireland's Chief Medical Officer are attending an emergency meeting called by the Health committee. They will be asked about the recent crisis surrounding the Health budget. Edwin Poots and Dr Michael McBride are expected to answer questions about how the budget is being managed and the potential impact of massive cuts on services. Last month, a growing atmosphere of crisis was created when Edwin Poots warned on the Nolan show that he could not deliver £140m of savings. During the interview he said the executive would have to find someone else to do implement the cuts, do it themselves, or give him additional money. Stephen gets the views of Sinn Fein's Mickey Brady
