Hospitals clamp down on e-cigarettes #BBCNolan

Another slap in the face for smokers this morning. People who've decided to give up cigarettes won';t be able to use e cigs in many of our hospitals. E cigs vaporise nicotine liquid and remove harmful cancerous products that are in normal cigarettes. PUP councillor and GP John Kyle has hit out at the move. Is this fair?
