So for many football fans yesterday was one of the most exciting days of the football season without a ball being kicked, transfer deadline day. The final day for players to move in and out of clubs. The biggest spenders of this window were my club Manchester United who spent around £150 million including a British record fee for Di Maria who cost just shy of 60 million. In total Premier league clubs spent an astonishing £800 million. The big move of the day was Falcao from Monaco to Man Utd who will reportedly earn £346 thousand per week.
