Potential cuts to the health service could be "catastrophic" to patient care. That's the stark warning from one of Northern Ireland's leading GPs.

Doctor Tom Black, who is chair of the GP committee in the British Medical Association, says he has "never seen anything as threatening for the health service". He was speaking after details of a letter from the Health Minister Edwin Poots were revealed.
