South Africa has just avoided falling into recession - but the economy is limping along with very slow and very low growth figures. Strikes have been blamed for this - but also a heavy reliance on mining and manufacturing. Shilan Shah is an economist with Capital Economics in London and he explains what has been happening in Africa's second biggest economy.
