Bin collections go monthly in Banbridge #BBCNolan

There was outrage a few years ago when black bin collection was changed from once a week to once a fortnight throughout Northern Ireland. But for some rate payers in Banbridge there's another change on the way soon. Binmen will now only come once a month for their black bin. It's an extention of a pilot scheme which started at the beginning of the year. And is all part of a drive to encourage recycling, but is too much ask? We hear from UUP councillor Carol Black
