Germany has just urged its citizens to leave areas of West Africa affected by the Ebola virus.

The outbreak of the disease is the largest and deadliest of its kind - and has so far claimed the lives of over one thousand people.

Fear surrounding the spread of ebola has led to the closure of borders, schools and markets, bringing the region to a virtual standstill.

So how do you run a company in these sorts of extreme conditions?
