London has long been a magnet for Russian dissidents and billionaires.One estimate puts the number of Russians living in the UK capital at 300,000. That is why the city has been given nicknames like "Londongrad" and "Moscow-on-Thames". But what has been the impact in London of the recent tit-for-tat sanctions that western nations and Russia have been involved in? The BBC's Tony Bonsignore has been to some of London's most affluent parts to find out.
