Now, they may not know who the Prime Minister is, or be able to tie a shoe-lace, but it turns out the average British six-year-old understands more about technology and the digital world than their middle-aged parents.

When it comes to digital tech, the divide between young and old is wider than ever... According to a new UK report.

It turns out that children and teenagers have a natural head start when it comes to knowledge of technology, because they have grown up in the digital age, leaving adults having to play catch-up. A new report has highlighted how the average six year old in Britain has a greater grip of digital devices then their parents. The report also says that in the UK on average people now spend more time online, than sleeping.
