Nigerian Artist Ruby Onyinyechi Amanze

A feeling of not quite belonging or fitting in to society is a fairly common thing these days when families are made up of different cultures or move from one part of the world to another. But the experience doesn't often result in works of art. Nigerian artist Ruby Onyinyechi Amanze is currently exhibiting her work here in London at the Tiwani Contemporary gallery. It has a futuristic look and features different characters in an imagined family of Ghosts, Aliens and hybrid creatures.... Part human part animal. She's been talking to BBC Africa's Jenny Horrocks
