'Petrol shortages' as Iraq militants gain ground

ISIS insurgents are expanding their control of towns in the north and west of Iraq. Gala Riani is head of Middle East analysis at the business consultancy Control Risks. She tells us that there are some petrol shortages in Kurdish controlled areas of Iraq, but that otherwise life is carrying on as normal in that part of the country.
