The football World Cup is always a big money-spinner, especially for the companies which make all the shirts, flags and other paraphernalia which go with it. But many of them have been made in Bangladesh, a country with a notoriously poor record for factory safety, as Anbarasan Ethirajan reports from the capital, Dhaka.
