Putting up flags in south Belfast 'will be a breach of the peace'. That's the message from the PSNI. It follows increased tensions on the upper Ormeau road after dozens of loyalist flags were erected. Sinn Fein complained to the police. And after discussions the police now say they will take action if more flags appear in the future. But what about other parts of Northern Ireland?
