How bad is the traffic in Belfast? The 'Belfast on the Move' project created controversy when it created new bus lanes and gave priority to public transport and cyclists. But a study out today says it's led to 11,000 fewer vehicles in the city centre each day. However - a new survey claims Belfast is the most congested city in the UK. The 'annual traffic congestion survey' shows that commuters are spending on average up to 8 working days a year, stuck in traffic.
