NEWS: Aberdeen Dad On Clare's Law

Northsound's Political Editor Colin McKay speaks to Michael Brown, who's originally from Aberdeen, about plans for a Clare's Law pilot in Scotland.

It's named after Michael's daughter Clare Wood, who was murdered by her ex-boyfriend, who was later found to have a history of domestic violence.

Clare’s Law give people the right to check their partners with the police to find out if they have a record of abuse.
