'Leader' of Child Prostitution Ring in Sheffield is Jailed
Amanda Spencer, 23, from Rawmarsh Hill in Rotherham has been given 12 years in prison for sixteen offences relating to child prostitution. She was cleared of eight and the jury couldn't decide on 14. She's been sentenced alongside Ian Foster, 68, from High Green. He's been given 14 years in prison for a string of child sex offences, including sexually assaulting two girls and young woman who he met through Spencer. The judge described him as a "paedophile" and Spencer as a "heartless exploiter". Hallam FM's Laura Pennington has been following the case.
