As Bangladesh marks a year since the Rana Plaza garment factory collapse which left over 1,000 people dead, we ask whether safety and conditions for workers have really improved. Since the factory collapse, there's been a concerted effort by charities and some governments to contribute and lobby for better conditions in Bangladesh factories. Alan Duncan is Britain's Secretary of State for International Development. He told us what was being done to help victims and the role Britain had played.
