"Food Deserts" - a Bigger Health Crisis than Hunger?

People in some less wealthy, urban areas have little or no access to healthier, fresh food. In these so-called "food deserts" residents can become too reliant on high fat, high sugar processed foods and that can lead to health problems. But in some places the authorities are trying to change things. As part of our week-long look at 'The Cost of Obesity' with our partners at APM's Marketplace radio in the US - Marketplace's David Weinberg went to Boyle Heights, an area of east Los Angeles to investigate.
