The chief executive of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, phoned President Obama today and it wasn't to have a friendly chat. Instead he gave the commander in chief an earful about the US government's surveillance programs, which he said undermined consumer confidence in the Internet. The reason we know about the phone call is that Mark Zuckerberg posted a statement about it on Facebook. So what exactly did he say?
