Plans to legalise assisted suicide in Scotland are back in the headlines after a group of doctors said they would support a change in the law. Eleven leading clinicians have signed a letter in favour of the move, saying previous concerns about safeguards for vulnerable people have been addressed. The Bill is being put forward by Lothians MSP Margo MacDonald. Alistair Thompson from the 'Care not Killing' group thinks the legislation is dangerous.
