Melting glacier in Uganda

They've been called the doomed glaciers of Africa: they're in the Rwenzori mountains in central Africa, on the border between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

But scientists have predicted that because of climate change, they may simply cease to exist in two decades.

Now, an international expedition to the glaciers has provided more evidence of just how quickly they're melting.

We interview the expedition leader, Luc Hardy at the environmental group Green Cross France.
