A river of carp

What do you do when a mass of giant carp are heading for your city? It sounds like an odd question but that's exactly what the citizens of Chicago are currently facing. After mounting all the way up the Mississippi river a breed of Silver carp may be about to take over the Great Lakes where there are worries they might destroy local wild life.
