Climate change, extreme weather and insurance premiums

Not everyone accepts the notion of man-made climate change being responsible for more extreme weather - however recent weather across the globe has meant huge damage and cost for individuals and businesses. Insurance companies will be impacted by the damage caused by this weather, but will it mean much higher premiums for customers? Dr Robert Hartwig is the president of the US-based Insurance Information Institute. He speaks to the BBC's Roger Hearing. Roger is also joined by BBC reporter Phil Mercer in Sydney and BBC Tokyo correspondent, Rupert Wingfield Hayes.
