Were you wondering why we were talking about BT this morning?

On yesterday's show we heard from a number of people in Bedham who'd lost their phone lines and internet after the storms on December 27th. BT is responsible for the repair work but they say they firm has told them they don't work weekends and keep giving them dates for when the problem will be resolved - but still nothing's happened. We've contact BT on numerous occasions asking for someone to come on and explain the situation - but to no avail.

So for some poor people in Bedham, there's still no lines of communication to the outside world. And all this on top of them suffering power cuts over Christmas....
