VipAdvisor: Have been looking at prices for staying at the Cliffden this Easter, £1400 for three people for six nights??????

Was thinkinbg of staying at the Cliffden over Easter. But the cost seems remarkably high at £1400 for two adults and a child for six nights. This is way higher than other hotels in the area. Would be interested in any clarification, justification, thoughts etc. around this.
