In a keynote address, Ed Vaizey, Minister for Culture, Communications and Creative Industries, outlined the Government's latest intentions. That same day, Ed spoke to ‘You & Yours’ on BBC Radio 4; and Quentin Howard challenged Winifred Robinson. Paul Keenan from Bauer also outlined his views.
