Henrietta Green food campaigner brought US style Farmers Markets to Britain, started Borough Food Market and has written countless recipe books including the Food Lovers Guide to Great Britain.
Henrietta champions British food and suppliers and has recently started Pop up Feasts. Hear Henrietta talk about her childhood, she was brought up with a cook, maid and nanny.
