Problems! RNIB small autonomic talking watch

So I have never had so much trouble settling up a talking watch in my life! I will add that once the talking part of it had finally started working I had to get a friend that can see to reset the hands. Overall it seems better quality than my last one as it's more metal less plastic and smaller face, height depth and width which as a woman is great as big ones are tricky if you have small wrists.
