Adam Scott put himself firmly in the 'player of the year' picture with a scintillating, bogey-free final round 66 to win The Barclays on Sunday.
Scott started the day six shots back but ended up winning by one shot from Graham Delaet, Justin Rose, Tiger Woods and Gary Woodland. On the European Tour, Tommy Fleetwood beat Stephen Gallacher and Ricardo Gonzalez in a three-man play-off to lift the Johnnie Walker Championship.
