The world of social media has recently been awash with Nigerians campaigning to get the country's parliament to sign into law a bill that would ban child marriage. The campaign follows a controversial decision by the Nigerian Senate - which is in the process of amending the constitution - to maintain a clause that considers any married woman to be of 'Full of Age' or an adult. This has created a big debate on child marriage. Organisers now say the campaign has gathered momentum, and they're planning to take their case to United Nations. So what is at stake? We have been debating the issue with Suleiman Suleiman a university lecturer and first Femi Kayode a blogger and supporter of the campaign.
