Should it be more difficult for learner drivers to get their licence? The RAC has called for a radical shake-up of driver training in the UK. This is the plan... Everyone should have to spend a year driving at night and in the winter before they even take their test. No-one can carry passengers until they've had their full licence for two years. Also if you pick up 6 points within your first three years behind the wheel then you'll have to sit your test again. Kevin tells Jonathan there are more dangerous drivers out there! The ones driving with large Alsatian dogs on their laps!
