During the phone in JVS asks "Is 500 pounds a week enough for people on benefits to live on?"
A cap on the total amount of benefits that people aged 16 to 24 can receive is being rolled out across the UK. Couples and single parents will now not receive more than 500 pounds per week whilst single people will receive a maximum of 350 pounds.
Furious... Melvin calls to have his say and completely loses it!
