Final change in Hamburg

Some eleven hours after leaving London Vance and I made our final connection, from an IntercityExpress service to a local train eventually bound for Kiel. Hamburg Dammtor proved an inspired place to change with just one northbound platform eliminating the need for lifts, bridges, and the potential to miss trains.
