Arrival in Brussels, a missed connection and some good service from Eurostar

I had been nervous of that connection from the start, but with assistance I thought I could probably make it. But, with a breakdown in communication I missed my ICE to Cologne and my onward connections; and had to wait three hours for the next train. Once the issue was spotted eurostar staff at Brussels were excellent: changing my ticket and looking after my luggage whilst I wandered in the city. #Rvg13 #brussels #eurostar #connection #missed
