Hundreds of UVF commemoration flags have been erected in East Belfast over the weekend. Local people said a number of men, some of them masked, used a cherrypicker to put up the flags in the Belmont Road area and elsewhere.
The lamp posts chosen line the route of the 1913 Commemoration Parade, which takes place on Saturday.
