This joke is toothless

Millie lost a tooth this week while eating an ice cream. She also managed to eat the tooth at the same time. She therefore decided today was a good time to tell a joke about dentists. Here it is:

Question: What time did the boy go to the dentist? Answer: Tooth hurty ("two thirty")!
