Should office workers be allowed to keep a pillow under their desks so they can get a power nap while at work?
An NHS adviser has said office workers should keep a pillow under their desk so they can take power naps during the day.
Janey Morris believes overworked employees should grab some sleep to recharge their batteries saying: "Taking a nap will re-energise you far more than a cup of tea or coffee". She also recommends wearing ear plugs and an eye mask -- and closing the blinds.
