Another Orange/Green row in Belfast Council over lighting up City Hall

Should we really be lighting up Belfast City Hall on the Twelfth, St Patrick's Day and during Gay Pride? Belfast City Council thinks so, but have failed to agree to do the same for the Queens Official Birthday and on Remembrance Day.
