This is the state how the equality act works and may or may not work against you as a person with visual impairment. It states how hard you may need to work to prove your case against a third party who will always Try to defend any case you may have against them under the equality act. You always need to be one step ahead of the third party and be prepared to think like they do to ensure you can challenge them fully and also look for the loop holes they are bound to find and ensure you can fill them adequately and vehemently. It is not easy to pursue a Equality Act case and can be very time consuming and stressful not least expensive if you have to pay for your own case as many providers only have money to pursue few high profile cases!!
