HMV gift vouchers - refund or no refund?

One of the biggest names on Britain's high streets, HMV, has announced it's gone into administration. The music and DVD retailer has 240 stores and more than four thousand jobs are now at risk. The sales of physical CDs and DVDs have been in steady decline and the business is carrying a lot of debt. The administrators Deloitte will keep the stores open and trading while efforts continue to find a buyer for all or part of the business. Aidan Kielty is from Trafford Citizens Advice Bureau. BBC Radio Manchester's Sam Walker asked Aidan what should people do with their gift vouchers - return them or rip them up?
