As the country struggles to come out of one of the longest and deepest recessions in living memory, the Chancellor George Osborne will today give us his view on the state of the public finances. Economic forecasts are still bleak and so the Chancellor's Autumn statement is a big moment for his and the Government's credibility. But although we're officially out of recession, how do businesses in Greater Manchester feel about the future?
