Labour MP Ann Clwyd, who's husband died in hospital, believes a lack of compassion has become commonplace in the NHS.

Owen Roberts died in the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff in October from hospital acquired pneumonia.

The hospital is understood to have offered to meet Mrs Clwyd to begin an investigation.

She told LBC 97.3 nurses no longer offer bedside care.
