What’s the difference between Charming and charmless?

Last weekend me and my girlfriends visited the lovely clonakilty for fun & dancing. Early in the night, we met a group of lads on a stag and Although, they may not have been chatting with us for intellectual stimulation, we all had lots of fun with the banter and flirting.

The following night as we had settled into a much quieter evening by the fire, we were joined by a duo who’s motives were no purer than the lads the night before except the tactics were completely different. Rather than charm us with dancing moves, they thought shoving us almost off our seats and being offensive would enchant us. Utterly charmless.

Is charming just being good fun? I’m not sure but it certainly more enjoyable for everyone.
