Dwayne Fields tells JVS black people don't feel they belong in villages and the countryside.

Dwayne is a polar explorer. He wants to see more black people enjoying the countryside and thinks the government should cough up for it.

Also Caroline tells JVS she was the only black person in her town and felt like a novelty.
